Woes?

I hate people. But, that's not true. I love people too, and not only in the "love your neighbor" kind of way. I think it's their flaws and strengths that make them so interesting. I remember sometime last week, I was sitting in the Dining Center with my friend, "D." We were in the part of the DC that people sometimes call the fishbowl. In essence, it's an overhanging room with 3 walls that are all windows.

Anyways, I was looking out over the roads, watching the cars go by. I asked myself, "Why would you watch some machine instead of the beautiful wildlife that's all around you?" As I thought about it, I realized that the only reason I watch cars is because, a couple inches beyond that cold, metal shell sits a living, breathing, conscious human being. How amazing that we were not created by God as machines to do his bidding, but unpredictable, self-seeking beings. I watch cars because cars, unlike trains, are not fixed to rails that direct their paths. While their usual motion my be repetetive, there's always a chance something strange will happen.

I still hate people though. MapleStory will do that to you. Especially when people spam things like "give passessssssssssssssss" or "Y U DIDNT MARK????" in PQ.
